Ongkili: Nomination of Hajiji in line with PBS’ stance


KOTA KINABALU: The nomination of Datuk Hajiji Mohd Noor as Chief Minister is consistent with Parti Bersatu Sabah’s (PBS) stance throughout the state polls, says its party president Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili (pic).Ongkili, who is also the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Sabah and Sarawak Affairs) and Kota Marudu MP, said PBS views the decision to nominate Hajiji as the 16th Chief Minister of Sabah as most appropriate.

“It is consistent with PBS’ proposal and stand during the course of the state election, while other parties made their decision based on the outcome of the just concluded election.
