PETALING JAYA: The latest round of police transfers will see Ampang Jaya, Serdang and Subang Jaya getting new OCPDs.
Ampang Jaya police will now be led by Asst Comm Mohamad Farouk Esha, who takes over from outgoing OCPD Asst Comm Noor Azmi Yusoff.
ACP Noor Azmi who will now move to the state management department as its ACP of administration.
Asst Comm Razali Abu Samah will take over from outgoing Serdang OCPD Asst Comm Ismadi Borhan, who is moving to the Bukit Aman Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department as assistant director.
Subang Jaya's new OCPD will be outgoing Kuala Kubu Baru PDRM College Commandant Asst Comm Abd Khalid Othman. Outgoing OCPD Asst Comm Risikin Satiman will take over his old position.
Meanwhile, Senior Asst Comm Abu Samah Mohd Noor will be the new Kuala Lumpur Special Branch chief.
In a statement on Tuesday (Sept 29), Bukit Aman IGP Secretariat Corporate Communications head Senior Asst Comm Datuk Asmawati Ahmad said the transfer exercise would take effect on Nov 2.
