KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Certain elements from a neighbouring country are believed to be hiding in islands near Sabah, waiting to enter the state to disrupt the state polls on Saturday (Sept 25), says Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani.
He said the islands outside Malaysian territory are being used as staging points by the foreigners, with the nearest located some five nautical miles from Sabah waters, or about 10 minutes by boat.
