PETALING JAYA: A thorough study is needed before any policy can be decided on proposals requiring bicycles to be registered and equipped with licence plates, says Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
Based on procedures, he said any agency under the ministry must produce all studies or proposals for consideration to the ministry’s senior management including the minister’s office for approval.
