KJ apologises to Veveonah on behalf of government

PETALING JAYA: Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Khairy Jamaluddin has represented the government in issuing an apology to “treetop girl” Veveonah Mosibin over remarks made by two deputy ministers.

Khairy said he met Veveonah at Universiti Malaysia Sabah and apologised to her and her parents on behalf of the government.
