PETALING JAYA: The flash flood in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday (Sept 10) shows there is an urgent need to review the entire drainage system in the capital, says Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye (pic).
The Alliance for Safe Community chairman says this was due to clogged drains, unsatisfactory maintenance and ineffective silt traps at construction sites.
