SERDANG: A shoplifting syndicate led by an Indonesian woman responsible for over RM200,000 in losses has been crippled by the police following several raids and the arrest of eight people.
Serdang OCPD Asst Comm Ismadi Borhan said they were alerted after receiving a report on July 20 from a cashier who said RM8,182 worth of infant products went missing from a shop in a Puchong shopping complex.
