‘DPP decided against sexual harassment prosecution’


KUALA LUMPUR: A senior lecturer at Universiti Malaya will not be prosecuted for sexual harassment after the case was referred to the deputy public prosecutor (DPP).

Brickfields OCPD Asst Comm Zailrulnizam Mohd Zainuddin@Hilmi said the DPP made the decision after considering that the public university had taken action against the suspect.
