PETALING JAYA: Senior Minister Datuk Seri Azmin Ali will not be referred to Parliament's rights and privileges committee as he was not misleading the Dewan Rakyat, says Datuk Azhar Azizan Harun.
The Dewan Rakyat Speaker also said he had informed Lim Guan Eng of his decision, who had moved for a motion to refer Azmin, the International Trade and Industry Minister, to the parliamentary rights and privileges committee.
