Court of Appeal to hear Musa Aman's appeal on Sept 7

PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has fixed Sept 7 to hear an application by former Sabah chief minister Tan Sri Musa Aman and 32 others against the Kota Kinabalu High Court’s ruling over the dissolution of the state legislative assembly.

A three-man panel led by Justice Yaacob Md Sam fixed the date on April 26, after being informed by Musa's counsel Tengku Fuad Tengku Ahmad that the Sabah Attorney General's Chambers (SAGC) and the Attorney General's Chambers (AGC) here only received a notice of motion for a stay of the Kota Kinabalu High Court decision last Friday (Aug 21).
