KUALA LUMPUR: The brawl outside a restaurant near Pudu was believed to have started after two foreign men attempted to steal a mobile phone from another man.
Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Fahmi Visuvanathan Abdullah said they have arrested two local men and two Myanmar men in connection with the case so far.
