KOTA KINABALU: The High Court here agreed to hear the case of a father who is having trouble getting his newborn son’s birth certificate registered.
Ong Seng Teng, 35, had filed for judicial review in February over the National Registration Deparrment’s refusal to issue his son's birth certificate after he was born in November last year, due to religious issues.
