KOTA KINABALU: A proposal by Barisan Nasional to form a grand coalition of all opposition parties in Sabah was shot down by the local-based Parti Cinta Sabah (PCS) and Liberal Democratic Party (LDP).
Both PCS president Datuk Seri Anifah Aman and LDP president Datuk Chin Su Phin made it clear that their respective parties will work independently as a local opposition party.
