GEORGE TOWN: Passers-by roared and cheered when some 20 superbikers took to the road to spread patriotism among Malaysians. As they embarked on the “2020 Batu Uban Merdeka Ride”, the participants also distributed Jalur Gemilang to the public along their 3km journey.
Batu Uban assemblyman A. Kumaresan said the event, which saw riders taking off from Taman Pekaka, was aimed at spreading the Merdeka spirit among the community.
