SIBU: The General Operations Force (GOF) here has seized 3,320 cartons of contraband cigarettes worth about RM495,744 during a raid at a bird's nest house here Friday (Aug 14).
In a statement issued after the raid, Sarawak GOF Brigade commander SAC Macha Ata said a local woman who is believed to be the owner of the premises was arrested in connection with the seizure.
