SHAH ALAM: Bangladeshi Md Rayhan Kabir's bid to review an extension of the remand order issued against him has failed.
High Court judge Datuk Abdul Karim Ab Rahman held that the additional 13-day remand order, granted by the Semenyih Special Court for illegal immigrants, was within the ambit of the law.
