KUALA LUMPUR: Enforcement had to be taken against illegal roadside traders outside Taman Tasik Titiwangsa as they were disrupting foot traffic, says Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
Following a viral video titled "Di Mana Sifat Kemanusiaan - #Pembela" that showed DBKL enforcement officers confiscating a trader’s tables on Aug 8, City Hall said that prior warnings and notifications had been issued.
