PETALING JAYA: Malaysians must observe standard operating procedures (SOPs) even during festivities, Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said.
This comes as the new Kurau cluster recorded three new cases, one of them involving a two-year-old boy displaying symptoms such as fever and flu.
