KOTA KINABALU: Parti Bersatu Rakyat Sabah (PBRS) Arthur Joseph Kurup is keen to contest in the newly-created Tulid state seat in the Pensiangan district.
"I am ready to offer myself to be a candidate," he said after a programme to help people under Bantuan Sara Hidup 2020 at Pagalungan.
