PETALING JAYA: A Malaysian nurse working at a specialist hospital in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, has died but her cause of death has yet to be confirmed.
Nor Afizah Mohd Salleh (pic), 48, who was working at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital had just been transferred from the Riyadh branch when she died on Saturday.
