KUALA LUMPUR: Former Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng has vowed to fight the charge of soliciting a bribe over the controversial RM6.3bil Penang undersea tunnel project, claiming it is politically motivated.
Labelling the charge as baseless and aimed at tarnishing his reputation, the DAP secretary general said he had never received any kickbacks from the project.
