Musa group to challenge decision

KOTA KINABALU: Thirty-three assemblymen led by Tan Sri Musa Aman, who failed to topple the Warisan Plus state government, are going to court in an attempt to stop the July 30 dissolution of the state legislative assembly.

The group named Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Juhar Mahiruddin as the first respondent, Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal, the Election Commission (EC) and the state government as second, third and fourth respondents in their suit that is expected to challenge the constitutional powers of the head of state.
