Bukit Aman gets new CCID chief in Zainuddin Yaacob


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Datuk Zainuddin Yaacob has been appointed the new Bukit Aman Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) director effective Aug 10.

Zainuddin will replace Datuk Seri Mohd Zakaria Ahmad, who went on mandatory retirement last June 28.

The handing-over of duties ceremony was witnessed by the Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador at the Senior Officers' Mess in Bukit Aman.

Zainuddin is previously the Kedah Police Chief and has also held several important positions, including the Kuala Lumpur deputy police chief. – Bernama
