KOTA KINABALU: State caretaker Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal is leaving it to the state Attorney General (AG) to handle a legal bid to stop the Sabah polls.
When asked to comment on the matter, he said it’s better to just leave the matter to the state AG as he did not have the authority to dissolve a state assembly to make way for snap polls.
