BUTTERWORTH: Police have arrested a man who repeatedly rammed a car into his friend before beating him to death in a pre-dawn attack in Taman Dahlia, Mak Mandin, here.
North Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Noorzainy Mohd Noor said the 36-year-old man was detained at his house at 8am yesterday after a tip-off from the public.
