JOHOR BARU: Two Bangladeshis were arrested when they tried to bribe a police station chief as an inducement to release nine illegal immigrants who were detained in a condominium.
Johor Baru South OCPD Asst Comm Padzli Mohd Zain said the two, aged 35 and 43, were arrested when they tried to offer RM10,000 to the inspector at about 11pm on Sunday (July 26).
