PETALING JAYA: The increasing Covid-19 cases, as well as the emergence of new clusters, are due to the complacency of the public and their non-compliance with standard operating procedure (SOP) set by the government in dealing with the pandemic, says the Health Ministry.
Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah (pic) said since July 1, the ministry had recorded 15 new clusters.
