PUTRAJAYA: The Election Commission will implement all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Covid-19 throughout the Slim by-election.
EC deputy chairman Dr Azmi Shahrom said the SOPs would be strictly implemented during staff briefings, nomination process, printing of ballot paper, issuance and counting of ballot papers.
