JOHOR BARU: The pro-tem development committee of SJKC Poay Chai is shocked at the delay in the construction of the school, which is supposed to start enrolling students next year.It is seeking answers from former deputy education minister Teo Nie Ching and Perling assemblyman Cheo Yee How about the delay.
Committee adviser Tan Tuan Peng said the local council had given approval for construction work to be carried out within one year from September last year.Thus, the school in Taman Bukit Indah should have been completed by now, he said.
