IPOH: The Ipoh City Council (MBI) wants Ipoh to be the cleanest city in Malaysia by 2023, says its mayor Datuk Rumaizi Baharin (pic).
He said MBI had carried out numerous measures including upgrading assets and increasing maintenance staff to carry out sanitation work.
