11 illegals in school bus arrested

KOTA KINABALU: A family of 11 illegal immigrants using a school van to sneak through Sabah’s southern Kalabakan border with Indonesia was arrested by the General Operations Force (GOF).

Two locals acting as “transporters” were also apprehended by GOF personnel manning a roadblock under Ops Benteng at KM21 Kalabakan-Keningau road, said Tawau-based Battalion 14 GOF commander Supt Mohd Yacob Murad.
