BUKIT MERTAJAM: Police believe they have crippled two motorcycle theft gangs with the arrest of seven suspects active in the central Seberang Prai district over the past few months.
Central Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Shafee Abd Samad said all the suspects belonged to Geng Bok Bok and Geng Wan Pelet.
