PUTRAJAYA: Five Treasury personnel are among nine suspects being investigated by the anti-corruption agency for alleged corruption and power abuse over the registration of new e-procurement accounts with the Finance Ministry.
The suspects, who included three women, have been remanded for six days until Wednesday to allow the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to conduct a thorough probe on the possible involvement of a syndicate over the past three years.
