PETALING JAYA: The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) has conferred its highest honour on Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah for her dedication and support to its movement across the world.
In a letter to Her Majesty that was made available to the media, its world board chair Ana Maria Mideros said the Medal of Service awarded to Tunku Azizah was the highest form of recognition bestowed by the organisation.
