PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court here sent back former Federal Territories minister Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor’s RM1mil corruption trial for hearing before High Court judge Justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali.
A three-member bench led by Justice Datuk Nallini Pathmanathan reversed the Court of Appeal order for Justice Nazlan’s recusal to hear the trial and for the trial to be heard before another judge.
