IPOH: A former Perak civil servant has been slapped with three charges for accepting bribes amounting to RM149,600.
Herman Ibrahim, 45, pleaded not guilty to all three charges under Section 165 of the Penal Code, before Sessions Court judge S. Indra Nehru here on Friday (July 17).
