EC to meet on July 23 to fix Slim by-election dates

PUTRAJAYA: The Election Commission will meet on July 23 to fix the dates for the by-election to be held for the Slim state constituency in Perak.

EC secretary Ikmalrudin Ishak said the by-election for the constituency was necessary to fill in the vacancy as per Article XXXVI (5) of the Perak Constitution.
