IGP: Some police officers willing to pay RM10,000 to pass promotion exams

KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Some officers and policemen are willing to pay thousands of ringgit to pass internal examinations so they have a chance to be promoted, says Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador (pic).

He said the police had received reports that some of its personnel were paying from RM4,000 to RM10,000 to third parties to secure a pass.
