IPOH: A coalition of farmers are urging Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu (pic) to make changes to the state land regulations in order to safeguard the interests of small-scale farmers, and the Orang Asli community.
Its advisor Dr Michael Jeyakumar Devaraj said at the moment, Faizal has been stating that the state would provide alternative land to small-scale farmers and the Orang Asli who have been occupying state land for generations.
