KOTA KINABALU: A delivery rider has claimed trial to raping a minor between August 2018 and January 2019 at a house in Penampang near here.
The accused, Ruhit Najh Nabas, 19, pleaded not guilty to raping the 15-year-old before Sessions Court judge Noor Hafizah Mohd Salim, on Tuesday (July 14).
