GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Island City Council (MBPP) has issued two notices to two unit owners who allowed pigeons to occupy their vacant units at Rifle Range flats.
The notices dated July 13, sighted by The Star, stated that the notices were issued to two addresses in the same block of the flats.
