PUTRAJAYA: The special programme aimed to provide skills training to the B40 group with a budget of RM258mil was poorly managed, with the programme being attended by only one-third of the targeted participants, according to the Auditor-General's Report 2018 (Series 3).
The report said among the weaknesses of this programme was that only 11 out of the 22 pieces of training provided were suitable with the objective of this programme.
