School bus driver jailed, fined for outraging modesty of special needs student

SANDAKAN (Bernama): A 52-year-old school bus driver was sentenced to nine years imprisonment and fined RM10,000, in default of 10 months jail, by the Sessions Court here on Monday (July 13) for outraging the modesty of a special needs student.

Judge Awang Kerisnada Awang Mahmud meted out the sentence, effective from Monday, on Roslan Baki after he was found guilty of committing the offence between January last year and March this year.
