Urgent need to appoint International Arbitration director, says Sabah Law Society

KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Law Society (SLS) has highlighted the urgent need to fill up the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) director’s post to ensure related proceedings can continue smoothly.

SLS president Roger Chin, in a statement here, said the society is concerned that AIAC has been without a director since the sudden passing of Vinayak Pradhan on March 8 earlier this year.
