KEPALA BATAS: A man was arrested for allegedly breaking into his neighbour's house and tried to rape a woman on Wednesday (July 1) at Pongsu Seribu here.
The 21-year-old suspect was arrested at his house by a team of police after receiving reports about the alleged incident.
