THE custodians of the 100-year-old Sri Madurai Veeran Temple in Alor Setar, Kedah, have been ordered to remove the temple in 10 days, reported Makkal Osai.
The small temple, which is located in Jalan Kereta Api opposite the Alor Setar KTM Station, was built by Indian labourers working on the Death Railway during the Japanese occupation of then Malaya.
