KLANG: A four-motorcycle collision on the Selat Klang Utara Highway has led to five people being injured.
In a statement on Wednesday (June 24), North Klang OCPD Asst Comm Nurulhuda Mohd Salleh said the accident at 7.45am on KM3.3 of the highway was due to a prior collision between two motorcycles.
"Two motorcycles hit one another, and both riders fell.
"Two more motorcycles failed to avoid them in time and crashed into these motorcycles.
"All injured victims were sent to the Klang Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital (HTAR) for treatment," she said.
While the accident led to traffic congestion, she said the police helped to control the flow of traffic.
"Investigations are ongoing. As of now no reports have been made," she said.
