KUALA LUMPUR: Sabah Infrastructure Development Minister Datuk Peter Anthony will be facing his latest corruption charge on July 10 after he failed to turn up in court due to a medical condition.
His lawyer Mohamed Haniff Khatri Abdulla informed the Sessions Court that his client suffered from vertigo, and was admitted at the KPJ Kota Kinabalu Specialist Hospital on Sunday evening.
