KOTA KINABALU: Former chief minister Tan Sri Musa Aman is demanding RM1bil from the Yayasan Sabah board of trustees for statements made in connection with an RM872mil suit filed against him.
Musa’s lawyer Tengku Fuad Tengku Ahmad said he had been instructed to issue letters of demand to the foundation’s trustees, including Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal, to retract and apologise for the claims.
