KUALA LUMPUR: The government has failed to stay a High Court’s decision that dismissed its 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB)-linked forfeiture suit against Umno, Wanita MCA and two others involving more than RM194mil.
This means the monies, which are currently frozen, must be returned to the respondents as ordered by the High Court in its earlier decision in February.
